  • Are made with a choice of five domestic cheese-either sliced or cubed.
Vegetable Tray
  • Consists of at least four of the following: Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Radishes, Mushrooms

Fruit Tray
  • Consist of atleast four of the following: Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Grapes, Kiwi, Watermelon, or Strawberries( Depending. on availability)

Speciality Trays

  • Bread Tray- A selection of sliced white, wheat, whole grain and rye bread, Kaiser Rolls.
  • Chicken Salad Tray: Our Fancy Chicken Salad made with toasted almonds, grapes, sweet pickles and mayonnaise. Two pounds of Chicken Salad served on a bed of leafy lettuce arranged with cashews and grapes.
  • Tex-Mex Tray- Our Tex Mex is layered dip consisting of bottom layer of spicy bean dip, next guacamole, next spicy sour cream spread, all of this topped with chopped onions, black olives, tomatoes and lots of cheddar cheese.
